1. Who we are
Ads Metrica is a service operated by Pop Art Global LLC (“Ads Metrica”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Georgia, United States.

For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, Pop Art Global LLC acts as a data controller in respect of the account and contact information of our customers and their users, and as a data processor in respect of data we access from a customer’s Amazon selling and advertising accounts on that customer’s instructions.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the Ads Metrica website at adsmetrica.com, the Ads Metrica web application at app.adsmetrica.com, and any reporting or messaging integrations we provide as part of the service (together, the “Service”).
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us
- Account and contact details — name, business email address, telephone number, company name and role of the individuals who register for or administer the Service.
- Enquiry content — the content of emails and support requests you send us.
- Configuration data — the advertising targets, budget ceilings, margin thresholds, autonomy rules and notification preferences you set.
- Billing details — company billing name, address and tax identifiers. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Application logs — records of actions taken in the Service, including who approved a change and when, retained as an audit trail.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, and timestamps, collected to operate and secure the Service.
3.3 Information from Amazon
When you authorise Ads Metrica through Amazon’s consent flow, we retrieve data from your Amazon accounts as described in section 4 below.
4. Amazon Information
Ads Metrica accesses data from the Amazon Advertising API and the Amazon Selling Partner API strictly on the authorisation of the account holder, and only in the categories necessary to provide the Service.
| Category | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising data | Campaigns, ad groups, keywords, product targets, bids, budgets, campaign state, and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions) | Performance analysis, reporting, and applying approved campaign changes |
| Sales & order metrics | Aggregate order counts, units and sales totals by ASIN and period | Calculating total advertising cost of sale and organic versus paid contribution |
| Inventory data | Stock levels, days of cover, listing and fulfilment status | Ensuring recommendations do not drive spend toward unfulfillable inventory |
| Catalogue data | ASIN, title, brand, category and listing attributes | Labelling and grouping in reporting |
| Financial data | Referral fees, fulfilment fees, settlement totals | Contribution margin and profitability reporting |
We do not access Amazon buyer personally identifiable information. Ads Metrica does not request, receive, store or process the names, shipping addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers or payment details of Amazon buyers. We do not hold Amazon Selling Partner API restricted roles, and the Service does not require them.
We handle all Amazon Information in accordance with the Amazon Services API Acceptable Use Policy, the Amazon Services API Data Protection Policy, and the Amazon Ads API License Agreement and Data Protection Policy.
5. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- provide the Service — analysing advertising and sales performance and generating reports and recommendations for your account;
- apply advertising changes you have approved, or that fall within autonomy rules you have configured;
- maintain an audit trail of recommendations, approvals and applied changes;
- deliver reports and alerts to the destinations you have configured;
- authenticate users, administer accounts, and provide customer support;
- invoice you and maintain financial records;
- monitor, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Service; and
- comply with our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations, including our obligations to Amazon.
What we never do with your Amazon data. We do not sell it. We do not license, rent or otherwise disclose it for any third party’s independent use. We do not combine it with other customers’ data to create benchmarks, market reports, indices or competitive intelligence products. We do not use it to inform our own or any affiliate’s retail or advertising activity. Your Amazon data is used only to deliver the Service to you.
6. Legal bases for processing (EU/UK)
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Service to you and administer your account.
- Legitimate interests — to secure the Service, prevent misuse, maintain audit records, and communicate with business contacts about the Service. We balance these against your rights and freedoms.
- Legal obligation — to meet accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.
- Consent — where we ask for it, for example for optional marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Where we process data from your Amazon accounts, we do so as a processor acting on your documented instructions.
7. Sharing and sub-processors
We do not sell personal information or Amazon Information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers (sub-processors) that host and operate the Service on our behalf, under written contracts that restrict them to processing on our instructions and require appropriate security measures.
- Destinations you configure. If you connect a messaging destination such as your own Slack workspace, reports and alerts you have asked for are delivered there. That destination is controlled by you, and information sent to it is governed by your agreement with that provider. You can disable or change these destinations at any time.
- Legal and safety. Where required by law, court order or regulatory authority, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to the receiving party honouring commitments materially as protective as those in this policy.
7.1 Current sub-processors
| Sub-processor | Function | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Railway Corp. | Application hosting and compute | United States |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | DNS, TLS termination, content delivery and network security | United States / global edge |
We maintain a current list of sub-processors and will provide it on request to amazon@adsmetrica.com. We will give customers advance notice of any new sub-processor with access to Amazon Information.
8. International transfers
We are established in the United States and process information there. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, transfers of personal data to us are made on the basis of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable), together with supplementary technical and organisational measures described in our Security & Data Protection statement. A copy of the relevant transfer mechanism is available on request.
9. Retention and deletion
- Amazon Information is retained only as long as needed to provide the Service. Where retention periods are prescribed by Amazon’s Data Protection Policy, we apply those periods.
- On revocation or termination. If you revoke Ads Metrica’s authorisation, or your subscription ends, we delete the Amazon Information associated with your account within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
- Account and billing records are retained for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
- Audit logs of changes applied to your advertising accounts are retained for at least 24 months so that actions remain traceable.
- Backups are encrypted and expire on a rolling schedule; data deleted from live systems is removed from backups as those backups expire.
You may request deletion at any time by emailing amazon@adsmetrica.com.
10. Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. These include encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, network controls, logging and monitoring, and a documented incident response plan. Our controls are described in detail in our Security & Data Protection statement.
No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law and our obligations to Amazon.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of your information;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email amazon@adsmetrica.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Where you are an end user of a customer’s account, we will refer your request to that customer, who is the controller of that data.
12. Notice for US state residents
Residents of California and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws have rights to know, access, correct, delete and port their personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not knowingly process sensitive personal information. To exercise your rights, or to appeal a decision, email amazon@adsmetrica.com. You may use an authorised agent to submit a request.
13. Cookies
The adsmetrica.com marketing site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors across sites. The Ads Metrica web application at app.adsmetrica.com uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. These cookies are essential to the operation of the application and cannot be disabled while remaining signed in.
14. Children
The Service is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above and, where changes are material, notify account administrators by email before the changes take effect.
