Amazon ad management that reports to youinstead of waiting to be checked.
Ads Metrica is an analytics and campaign management service for Amazon sellers, brand owners and agencies. It connects to your Amazon Advertising and Selling Partner accounts, analyses campaign and sales performance daily, and delivers the findings — plus the recommended change — straight to your team in Slack.
Campaign “SP — Core Catalog” · ACOS 41.2% (7d), up from 28.6%. Spend concentrated in 6 keywords below break-even. Recommend −25% bid on those keywords.
Analytics, reporting and campaign management for Amazon advertising.
Ads Metrica is used by Amazon selling partners to understand advertising performance and act on it. Every function below operates on the seller’s own account data, with the seller’s authorisation.
Advertising performance analytics
Daily analysis of spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ACOS and ROAS across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display — at campaign, ad group, keyword and ASIN level.
Total advertising cost of sale
Advertising figures are reconciled against order, settlement and fee data from the Selling Partner API, so you see true TACOS and contribution margin — not ad spend in isolation.
Inventory-aware recommendations
Recommendations account for what you can actually fulfil. Ads Metrica flags spend against low-stock or suppressed listings and proposes reallocating budget to ASINs that can absorb it.
Campaign management & execution
Once you approve a recommendation, Ads Metrica applies it to your campaigns through the Amazon Ads API — bid adjustments, budget changes, negative keywords and campaign state — and logs every change.
Multi-account reporting for agencies
Agencies and brand teams managing several selling accounts get consolidated reporting across all of them, with per-account permissions and separation of client data.
Full audit trail
Every recommendation, approval and applied change is recorded with timestamp, actor and before/after values, and can be reversed from the change log.
From your account data to an applied change.
Ads Metrica is configured once, then runs on a daily cycle. Nothing is changed in your account without the authorisation level you have set.
Authorise your accounts
You grant Ads Metrica access to your Amazon Advertising account and Seller Central account through Amazon’s own consent screens. Access can be revoked by you at any time from within Amazon.
We analyse daily
Ads Metrica retrieves campaign performance, order, inventory and fee data on a scheduled basis, then evaluates it against your targets — ACOS goals, budget ceilings and margin thresholds.
You get the finding and the fix
Reports and recommendations are delivered in your own Slack workspace and in the Ads Metrica web application, each with the specific change proposed and the reasoning behind it.
Approve, and it’s applied
Approve the change and Ads Metrica applies it through the Amazon Ads API. Or set guardrails and let routine adjustments run within limits you define.
One finding. One decision.
Rising ACOS usually has a specific, findable cause. Ads Metrica identifies it and brings you the correction rather than another chart to interpret.
A slow rise in ACOS across a campaign is rarely uniform — it is normally a handful of search terms drifting past break-even while everything else performs. Ads Metrica isolates the specific keywords responsible, checks the affected ASINs still have sellable inventory, calculates the bid change needed to bring the campaign back to your target, and presents it as a single decision.
Approve it and the change is applied to your campaigns immediately, with an automatic expiry so a temporary correction does not quietly become permanent.
What Ads Metrica reads, and why.
Ads Metrica only accesses data belonging to accounts that have explicitly authorised it, and only the categories needed to deliver the service described above.
Amazon Ads API
Campaign, ad group, keyword and product targeting data; bids, budgets and campaign state; and advertising performance reports. Used for both analysis and applying approved changes.
Amazon Selling Partner API
Order and sales metrics, inventory levels, catalogue and listing data, and fee and settlement data. Used to put advertising performance in the context of actual profitability and stock.
Your targets and settings
The ACOS goals, budget ceilings, margin thresholds and autonomy rules you configure. These determine what Ads Metrica flags and what it is permitted to change.
Your data is used only for your account. Ads Metrica does not pool, aggregate, resell or benchmark one customer’s Amazon data for the benefit of another customer, and does not sell Amazon data to any third party. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy and Security & Data Protection statement.
You decide how much Ads Metrica is allowed to do.
Advertising changes move real money. The level of autonomy is explicit, set per account, and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Report only
Ads Metrica analyses and reports. It makes no changes to your campaigns at all.
Approve to apply
Each recommendation requires your explicit approval before Ads Metrica applies it. This is the default for every new account.
Bounded autonomy
Routine adjustments run automatically inside limits you set — maximum bid change, daily spend ceilings, and automatic expiry on every change.
Extended autonomy
A wider set of actions for established accounts. Opt-in only, never applied by default, and reversible in one step.
Every change is logged and reversible. The change log records what changed, who or what authorised it, when, and the previous value — so any action can be traced and rolled back. You can revoke Ads Metrica’s access to your Amazon accounts at any time directly in Seller Central or the Amazon Ads console, without contacting us.
Built for teams running Amazon advertising at scale.
Brand owners & in-house teams
Run advertising alongside everything else without a dashboard you have to remember to open. Ads Metrica reports the exceptions that need a decision.
Agencies
Consolidated reporting and proactive alerts across every client account, with client data kept separate and per-account access control for your staff.
Scaling sellers
Catch performance shifts across a growing catalogue faster than a weekly manual review cycle allows.
Priced on account count and ad spend under management.
Ads Metrica is offered as a monthly subscription. Because requirements differ substantially between a single brand and an agency managing dozens of accounts, we quote per customer rather than publishing fixed tiers.
For a quote, tell us how many Amazon selling accounts and marketplaces you manage and your approximate monthly advertising spend. We will come back with pricing and a proposed onboarding plan.
Questions we get asked.
What data access does Ads Metrica need?
Access to your Amazon Advertising account and to your Seller Central account through Amazon’s Selling Partner API. Read access covers campaign performance, orders and sales metrics, inventory, catalogue and fee data. Write access is limited to advertising campaign management, and is only exercised for changes you have approved or that fall inside autonomy rules you configured yourself.
Do you access customer names, addresses or other buyer information?
No. Ads Metrica does not request or use any personally identifiable information about Amazon buyers. The service operates on aggregate advertising, sales, inventory and financial data only, and we do not hold restricted-role permissions for buyer data.
Is my account data shared with other customers or third parties?
No. Your Amazon data is used solely to deliver the service to you. We do not pool it with other customers’ data, do not use it to build benchmarks or market reports, and do not sell or license it. Sub-processors used to operate the service (hosting and infrastructure providers) are listed in our Privacy Policy.
Can I undo a change Ads Metrica made?
Yes. Every change — approved or autonomous — is written to a change log with its previous value, and can be reversed in one step. Time-bounded changes also expire automatically on a date shown at the time of approval.
How do I revoke access?
You can withdraw Ads Metrica’s authorisation at any time directly in Seller Central or the Amazon Ads console, without contacting us. You may also email amazon@adsmetrica.com to request deletion of the data we hold about your account.
Does this replace my Amazon advertising manager?
No. Ads Metrica handles continuous monitoring and routine adjustments so your team spends its time on strategy, creative and catalogue decisions rather than checking dashboards for changes that have already happened.
Which marketplaces are supported?
North America, Europe and the Far East regions are supported, subject to the marketplaces your Amazon accounts are registered in. Tell us which marketplaces you sell in and we will confirm coverage.
Talk to us about your Amazon accounts.
Email us with the number of selling accounts and marketplaces you manage and your approximate monthly ad spend, and we will respond with pricing and an onboarding plan. We reply to all enquiries within two business days.
